With the IC-XMobile unit, you can produce mass housing or multi-structure projects directly on-site, eliminating the need to spend time on logistics. The unit comes with an optional generator. You can either use the generator to operate IC-XMobile entirely off-grid in remote locations or connect it to the local power supply to produce on any construction site with available electricity.
IC-XMobile supports only the 1000 and 2000 Series machines and works with steel sheets up to a maximum thickness of 1.6 mm.
Lip Notch
Lip notch is applied to facilitate the assembly of profiles that will interlock during installation. The lips are automatically applied during production.
Swage
Swage – Section Reduction, is automatically applied to specific areas of the profile to facilitate easier assembly. During installation, this allows profiles to easily interlock. This punch ensures that the cladding or drywall sits completely flush against the frame and provides enhanced final durability at the intersections of the studs and plates.
Dimple
Flange Punching (both right and left sides of the profile) creates small holes in the center of the flanges. This system is used to correctly position the joined profiles and ensure that the heads of the countersunk bolts are flush with the profile wall. This allows the drywall to sit smoothly against the frame.
Service Hole
Service Holes are automatically applied to wall panels in areas specified during the design phase. These holes are created in the panels during design where cables or plumbing are required, and they are automatically implemented on the profiles during production. The cables or pipes to be used are run through these holes.
Truss End - Chamfer Cut
The produced profile can have this feature applied at either the beginning or the end. It is used to provide a better and easier connection at angular joints. During assembly, the part of the profile that touches the base is rounded, making angled installations like Roof Trusses much easier and more secure.
Web Notch
Base Notching is automatically applied to the profile to facilitate easy assembly during installation when profiles interlock with each other. This punch is applied to the base area of the profiles during production.

SABS - STEEL ANTIBLOCKING SYSTTEM
One of the major problems observed in light steel structure machines is the jamming of metal sheets within the machine and the accordion-like compression of the sheet in the rollform. Clearing such a blockage within the machine can take approximately 3 to 4 hours, and sometimes even longer depending on the severity of the jam. While there are many causes for this issue, it is generally seen with thinner sheets (up to 1.6mm). This problem has been addressed in UNBAK's 1000 and 2000 series by a specialized system. With UNBAK’s designed SABS (Sheet Anti-Blockage System), revisions made to the molds prevent the sheet from jamming inside the machine, ensuring a smooth production process.
REMOTE CONTROL
The remote control system used in UCARUS LSF machines is an equipment that allows you to utilize all features of the machine from up to 30 meters away, distinguishing it from industry standards. With this equipment, an operator can manage all aspects of the machine independently. The features of this equipment are updated with feedback from our customers for each version.

With the manual-automatic production add-on to the FRAMER EXPERT4™ software designed by UCARUS LSF™, you can manually input all profile details without relying on any specific building design program. This allows you to produce the desired profiles in the shapes, sizes, and quantities you need. By using only the machine’s screen, you can create your profiles and initiate mass production. Manually input the profile dimensions and mold data into the machine screen for automatic production of profiles. These profiles can be produced for predetermined projects or for stocking purposes.

ICARUS LSF light steel structure machines employ a gear-driven system in the rollform process, regardless of the thickness of the steel sheet. This design eliminates the common problems associated with chain breakage, such as production downtime and maintenance issues. Issues such as production errors and operator questions are addressed within the first 5-15 minutes. In the second phase, we remotely connect to the machine and inspect it through the software, fixing any issues that can be corrected immediately. In the third phase, we conduct a video call via WhatsApp for problem identification and resolution. If a spare part replacement is deemed necessary during this phase, it will be shipped from our stock to your location, no matter where you are in the world. If the problem cannot be resolved in the third phase or requires faster intervention, a visit to your workplace is planned and carried out.In an emergency, our technician team will visit your factory to resolve the issue on-site.We prefer to train your operator at our facility before the delivery of your machine.
