RAPID STRUCTURES

The production and assembly of these structures using light steel is very fast, and the final buildings are highly portable and easy to transport.

ROOF CONSTRUCTION

Apart from being able to construct buildings with light steel machines, you can also produce steel truss roofs. Simply enter the dimensions of the area where the roof will be placed into the building design program. You can then select one of the various roof suggestions provided by the program to automatically create the desired roof.

PORTAL FRAME STRUCTURES

Portal frame structures are completely commercial buildings produced with thick metal sheets and have wide purlin spacings. These types of structures are generally used for factories, warehouses, and other buildings that require large enclosed spaces. You can also produce the roof trusses of the steel structure with UNBAK ICARUS LSF machines. After selecting one of the various roof models and creating it in the design model program, the design software generates the steel truss. The data is then uploaded to your UNBAK machine using a flash drive.

In structures, the interior and exterior walls are automatically calculated in the building design program, taking into account details like doors and windows. The steel wall panels are then created as frames. The generated wall data is uploaded to the machine via flash drive or network connection.

In light steel structures, there are several methods for creating floors between levels. The most common and well-known method is the Lattice Joist. In trusses, cross braces are frequently placed to form long panels, which are then joined side by side to create a sturdy floor between levels.

FLOOR JOIST

In light steel structures, there are several methods for creating floors between levels. The quickest to produce is the intermediate floor chassis. This system is used exclusively in multi-housing production, mass housing projects, high-rise buildings, and steel structures with wide spans like factories. Due to its areas of application, it is more suitable for high-level professional productions.

Lip notch is applied to facilitate the assembly of profiles that will interlock during installation. The lips are automatically applied during production.

Swage – Section Reduction, is automatically applied to specific areas of the profile to facilitate easier assembly. During installation, this allows profiles to easily interlock. This punch ensures that the cladding or drywall sits completely flush against the frame and provides enhanced final durability at the intersections of the studs and plates.

Flange Punching (both right and left sides of the profile) creates small holes in the center of the flanges. This system is used to correctly position the joined profiles and ensure that the heads of the countersunk bolts are flush with the profile wall. Service Holes are automatically applied to wall panels in areas specified during the design phase. These holes are created in the panels during design where cables or plumbing are required, and they are automatically implemented on the profiles during production. The cables or pipes to be used are run through these holes.

The produced profile can have this feature applied at either the beginning or the end. It is used to provide a better and easier connection at angular joints. During assembly, the part of the profile that touches the base is rounded, making angled installations like Roof Trusses much easier and more secure.

Base Notching is automatically applied to the profile to facilitate easy assembly during installation when profiles interlock with each other. This punch is applied to the base area of the profiles during production.

A die is essential for easy assembly of intermediate floor chassis profiles with each other. After applying the die to the sheet, it is bent to 90 degrees with a hand tool during assembly and secured with three screws. This ensures high strength and quick assembly.

Recessed Service Hole is automatically applied to wall panels in areas specified during design. In places requiring cables or plumbing, service holes are created in the panels during design, and these holes are automatically applied to the profiles during production. Therefore, the initial training we provide at our facility plays a crucial role in ensuring the longevity of the machine and error-free production for the buyer's operator.
When you become a part of the UNBAK Family, a WhatsApp group is created as a priority to quickly manage our after-sales services. Issues such as production errors and operator questions are addressed within the first 5-15 minutes. In the second phase, we remotely connect to the machine and inspect it through the software, fixing any issues that can be corrected immediately. In the third phase, we conduct a video call via WhatsApp for problem identification and resolution. If a spare part replacement is deemed necessary during this phase, it will be shipped from our stock to your location, no matter where you are in the world. If the problem cannot be resolved in the third phase or requires faster intervention, a visit to your workplace is planned and carried out.In an emergency, our technician team will visit your factory to resolve the issue on-site.We prefer to train your operator at our facility before the delivery of your machine. Typically, we invite the customer’s operator to our facility just before the machine's delivery.
