What are the most common issues customers experience after purchasing the product?
Our machine is user-friendly, but an operator without sufficient experience or training may find it difficult to set up the machine properly. Therefore, the initial training we provide at our facility plays a crucial role in ensuring the longevity of the machine and error-free production for the buyer's operator.What is your company’s maximum commitment time for initiating the resolution of an issue?
When you become a part of the UNBAK Family, a WhatsApp group is created as a priority to quickly manage our after-sales services. Issues such as production errors and operator questions are addressed within the first 5-15 minutes. In the second phase, we remotely connect to the machine and inspect it through the software, fixing any issues that can be corrected immediately. In the third phase, we conduct a video call via WhatsApp for problem identification and resolution. If a spare part replacement is deemed necessary during this phase, it will be shipped from our stock to your location, no matter where you are in the world. If the problem cannot be resolved in the third phase or requires faster intervention, a visit to your workplace is planned and carried out.In an emergency, our technician team will visit your factory to resolve the issue on-site.We prefer to train your operator at our facility before the delivery of your machine. Typically, we invite the customer’s operator to our facility just before the machine's delivery.Can a specific production sequence be programmed for home assemblies (walls, beams, and trusses)?
The sequence of operations can be arranged through VertexBD, Revit-Strucsoft, and Framebuilder MDR programs.Is there software that stops the machine when each wall/beam/truss package is completed?
Yes, there is. The machine will stop and give a warning 10 meters before the project cycle is completed.Does your company offer or know of third parties that can take our home design and production guidelines to create the frame machine file? This is likely a service we will consider.
Our software partners are VertexBD, Revit-Strucsoft, and Framebuilder MDR. Training on design software is provided by us to a person designated by the machine owner.Do your machines come with a run out table?
Yes. Run out table included to default machine package.Does the machine have a low hydraulic warning and safety shutdown?
Yes.Does the machine detect low and high voltage and provide a warning and/or shutdown for safety?
Yes, the machine has a system that will put it into fault mode and provide a warning when low voltage is detected to protect the electronic components.Where does the waste material go during production?
The machine has waste material discharge sections inside.What is the best type of rolled steel for a highly corrosive location? Do the rolls require any cleaning, coating, or maintenance?
The chrome plating we use is strong enough to withstand air corrosion. As a recommendation, you should clean and lubricate the machine after the production process.Can the machine operate with hot-dip galvanized steel materials that are powder-coated or painted?
Our machine is highly suitable for using galvanized steel. The machine parts can operate with materials that have undergone treatments such as powder coating, electroplating, or dip coating.When the roll runs out, does the machine stop working and remove the current material? Is there any alarm or notification?
The machine operates based on the loaded project. When there are 10 meters left before the project is completed, the machine stops and asks whether you want to finish the current project or load a new one. Additionally, when the roll runs out, the machine automatically stops.How long does it take to switch between rolls of two different widths and adjust the machine settings?
For SA coded machines, changing the base (different width sheet change) including the rollform and mold system takes between 25-35 minutes in total. For SW coded machines, it takes between 3-5 seconds.Do the punching stations operate individually or do multiple stations operate simultaneously during production?
The punching operation is powered by a single hydraulic motor. The pressure is then individually assigned to each mold system. To maintain the desired pressure level for each mold, the system is supported by a hydraulic accumulator.
Is the machine built in segments? Is the machine shipped fully assembled, or does it need to be assembled upon customer receipt?
It is shipped fully assembled to the delivery location.Does the machine require oiled roll material?
We do not need oiled roll material. The machine has a water reservoir for cooling purposes. It can be used when necessary, but make sure to mix boron and water in the ratios specified in the user manual.Can spare punching tools be purchased for easy replacement?
They can be purchased as an optional accessoryHow difficult is it to replace and adjust the spare punching tools?
Replacement is very easy. When your operator receives training at the UNBAK facility, they are instructed on all adjustments. For SA models, the total time to change all punching tools ranges from 5-15 minutes. For SW coded models, which have servo control, it takes between 3-5 seconds.Can the punching tools in the die sets for each station be removed and replaced?
Yes, they can be removed and replaced.If additional punching features are needed, can punching stations be added later by the buyer?
Yes, they can be added. Because our machine designs feature unique modular units, adding new punching units or adjusting/removing the default ones is very easy. The machine body (Rollform Unit) is based on a cassette unit, so all main body parts can be easily disassembled and faulty areas can be replaced within a few hours.Documentation
